PROLONG THE LIFE OF YOUR LEGGINGS: CARE TIPS TO MINIMIZE PILLING

For our styles created from the Reluna fabric, you may want to consider extra special care. Reluna™ was engineered to be super soft, stretchy, and butt flattering. To achieve this, the fabric is brushed, which means it’s more likely to pill. Pilling is normal over the lifetime of the garment.

Here are a few tips that we've found helpful in minimizing pilling over time:

Avoid high friction activities while wearing these styles.

🎽 Washing “like-with-like” is a good approach to minimize friction in the wash, too: some cottons, velcro, zippers, etc. can snag on performance fabrics…try to wash gym wear together!

💧 Don't cram the washing machine. We're all about efficiency, but a very full washer doesn't leave room for the clothes to tumble as easily, and can cause friction and damage to the surface of your items if they rub together too much.

🧼 Avoid harsh or aggressive cleaners - these can weaken fibers over time.

🔄  Use the gentle cycle on cold, and remember to turn the fabric inside out before putting them in.

✓ Finally, air dry!
