overall good shorts
I really like these shorts overall and would consider buying them again since I need reliable workout gear. The fit is great—they're super stretchy and comfortable. Although the scrunch seam looked noticeable at first, it wasn't once I put them on. I tested them during two workouts: a heated yoga sculpt class and an upper body lift with core work. Both involved minimal cardio. In both sessions, I noticed the waistband tended to roll down and the bottom hem rode up my legs. I'm not sure if that’s due to the fabric or if I should have sized up. That said, they were still comfortable and didn't bother me, even after wearing them all day.
