Best bra from Paragon
The perform bra is THE best bra. It offers great support for running. I recently ran a 10k wearing it and held up great. No chaffing or soreness. It's also great for lifting. It doesn't have adjustable straps so though it works for me it might not for others. I own probably 15 of them in all colors they've launched over 3-4 launches.
Perfect windbreaker
This jacket is so soft, so comfortable, and so flattering. It’s lightweight and perfect for those early spring/summer mornings or evenings or hikes. I sized up for it to be a little oversized and it’s perfect. It’s a really great jacket.

I was on the fence with this purchase due to price but ultimately pulled the trigger. I am wearing a medium on my 145 pound athletic physique, I am 5'7" and I have long legs and arms. I feel the small would have worked but I would not have wanted the arm length any shorter than the medium. The cinch part is great and I'm sure even a large would also have been fine. If I purchased another color I probably would try a large. The pockets with zippers change the game and the material is absolutely dreamy, not staticky and washes well. I do use washer and dryer bags to protect my Paragon goodies as well. Sucker is a nice color but does lean slightly cool, I can get away since I'm a neutral.
