The fabric is incredibly stretchy but still has a nice weight to it, making them feel high-quality. The waistband is compressive, but snatches your waist without feeling too tight. The built-in booty sculpting is also so flattering. I’d say these are ideal for medium to high-intensity workouts like cardio or lifting. They keep me supported and held in, which I love for more intense sessions. I typically order a L in my other Paragon leggings, but I sized up in these since I prefer less compression in seamless.
