I've been loving these leggings and bras. I especially love having sets and how they look and feel.
Customer service saves the day!
So I had an issue with a previous order where 1- my red leggings were absolutely not squat proof, so I returned them & 2- my other leggings pilled immediately during my first workout session, which left me disappointed. After posting my review, customer service reached out to me via email. I genuinely wasn’t expecting a response, nor did I expect them to put as much effort as they did to explain to me what could have happened, how to better care for my leggings in the future, and replaced /refunded me (via store gift card). Again, I did not expect a response… I was just writing my review to vent so others could see, but the customer service team was on their A-game and definitely helped. I’m so pleased with how it all turned out!
